Hand fed warm air heaters

A flexible, robust and simple solution for wood waste disposal and commercial heating through the the combustion of solid fuel (wood, briquettes, etc.), our hand fed warm air heaters produce thermal outputs from 60 – 175 kW/hr and fuel Consumption from 15 – 60 Kgs/hr. Designed to work with a mixture of fuels including wood briquettes, chipboard, MDF, hard and soft woods, pallets and wood off cuts.

The hand fed warm air heaters range from Fercell is built to last. Manufactured from heavy gauge plate steel and box sectional steel with a hard wearing paint coating they are designed to deliver cost savings year after year. 

Burn Waste – Save Money

Save money on heating bills and disposal of wood waste by cleanly burning your waste to provide heat. With return on investment typically less than a year, ever increasing fuel bills become a thing of the past. Heat Distribution Flexible heat delivery either through the standard top mounted directional louvred nozzles, or via an optional ducted system. All Year Operation, during the warmer months when heat is not required, but waste needs to be disposed of, the CA-s heater can be fitted with an optional ‘summer/ winter’ dump. Go Green, operating a CA-s warm air heater will help reduce your carbon footprint and enhance your ‘green’ credentials. These products are exempt from the Clean Air Act because the efficiency of the CA-S heater enables operation without afterburner.
