The Apex of Creativity at madeCNC
“Because we work in the events and film/tv sector – the turnarounds are more often than not fast, demanding and cannot be missed. We had been let down by multiple CNC cutting services offering fast turnarounds and that is what pushed us to purchase our own MultiCam machines from CNC World. These machines have become essential to what we do and have allowed us to meet all our deadlines within our industry of fast turnarounds and ever changing, varied projects.”
madeCNC and madeWORKSHOP are a forward thinking, design & CNC cutting services in London. The operate as part of madeWorkshop, a creative construction company that has been fabricating sets and providing skilled prop making for tv, film, live events, commercials, music videos and the fashion industry for 10 years.
madeCNC is the home of 2 x MultiCam Apex 3R CNC machines which they use to offer the following services:

The ability to transform an early concept into a functional design is what sets madeCNC apart as a full-spectrum cutting service.
Their in-house technical designers excel at taking the seed of an idea and developing it into production files for machining, fabrication and even through to installation.
They can take a rough sketch, to professionally drafted CAD plans and can apply the experience and expertise needed to see your idea through to the finished product.
FURNITURE DESIGN
madeCNC offers a bespoke furniture design service. Their team can advise, design, prototype and produce from concept to completion. From tables, chairs and desks to wardrobes and cupboards the precision and accuracy of their CNC machines, allows millimeter-scale tolerances on complex shapes and figures.
JOINERY DESIGN
An often overlooked application of CNC technology is its potential to enhance and support the traditional techniques of joinery. CNC-cut parts can be used to create beautiful and functional joinery, at speed and scale using mitres, laps and jigsaws to join a huge variety of sheet material.
CNC WOOD CUTTING
madeCNC are experienced at working with wood in all its forms, and are able to deliver a fast and precise cutting service. From cutting a sheet of birch ply to carving a single piece of high-end hardwood, they use their MultiCam Apex 3R CNC machines 24/7, cutting to a 0.01mm tolerance.
CNC PLYWOOD CUTTING
Plywood’s relative strength and seemingly endless versatility make it the winning choice for so many commercial applications. madeCNC are able to machine plywood sheets as big as 3m by 2m with all kinds of cutting techniques from v-grooves to round-overs – creating beautiful pieces that need minimal finishing on their MultiCam Apex 3R CNC machines.

The services offered include construction, shop fitting, architectural installations, and sets for film, tv & events.
