FERCELL FILTER EXTRACTION

The UF dust extractor range, commonly known as filter extraction, is an evolution of the SIL dust extractor range offering improved versatility and an increased filtration area for high dust loading applications. Designed to accept various fan sizes for matching materials to filtration velocity.

Waste materials are discharged directly into either refuse sacks or steel collection bins, located beneath the filter plenum. The dust collection sacks and bins are easily released and locked into position with a rapid over centre toggle system, ensuring minimum down-time. Each unit is complete with push button, automatic, electronic control, ensuring that ‘supa-poly’ breather filter performance and life are maintained.

All models are equipped with mechanical filter cleaning mechanism, which can be operated either at end of cycle or at differential pressure set point (with the on board dp switch). The filter elements are enclosed in a robust galvanised enclosure, whilst the series has various options for material collection, including: sack-collection, bin-collection or rotary discharge valve. Also available with sprinkler system.
