The Protek UNICO CNC is a high-performance, easy to use functional CNC router. Available with two powerful spindle options and the highest quality components from the world’s leading suppliers, the Unico CNC router is built to last.

Unico CNC router is equipped with zoned vacuum bed, high-pressure vacuum pump(s), and an automatic planar tool changer with 6, 9 or 12 position depending on machine width and the customer’s request. The availability of multiple tools and their changing speed makes event the hardest machining easy.

Optional add-ons like a vertical front working panel, material thickness probe, Renishaw probing system, Visiotek camera registration system, tool lubrication system, and location pop-up pins further enhance its adaptability to yours or industry specific needs. This versatile CNC router effortlessly processes a wide range of materials including plastics, woods, foams, composites, aluminium, and more.

Unico CNC router is a true 3D CNC routing machine capable of working plastic, wood, light alloys, composites, etc.

Unico CNC router can be upgraded with a 9kW electrospindle for more challenging applications.

Pendulum Processing Table Sizes

Multiple processing tables for pendulum manufacturing to increase the economic efficiency. One table can be cutting while the other table can be unloaded and reloaded for continual production. This allows the spindle to never stop moving while also eliminating downtime for your operator.
