CNC World: A Family Business in the World of CNC Machines
CNC World, founded over 17 years ago by Mark Rowe and Lorraine West, stands as the sole UK distributor for MultiCam Inc systems. Their journey began with a shared passion for MultiCam machines, sparked by Mark’s prior experience in selling MultiCam Inc machines and Lorraine’s ownership of a MultiCam machine herself.
Lorraine’s decision to leave her previous role and become a CNC machinist, inspired by her experience with MultiCam, set the foundation for what CNC World is today. The deep-rooted understanding and expertise in MultiCam machinery became the cornerstone of their family business.
Incorporating the Next Generations:
Building on this foundation, the next generation joined the fold. Mark’s sons, Jason and Justin, followed in the footsteps of their parents, bringing new perspectives and energy to CNC World. More recently, two of Mark’s grandsons, Haydan and Jordan, have also become integral parts of the business, contributing their skills to both sales and the hands-on operation of machines at the head office in Norfolk.
