What benefits have you seen since implementing your MultiCam machine?
With a surge in incoming jobs, the latest router has allowed the team at Cutting Edge CNC to go back to working an 8-hour shift. Having the same machine available in so many different sizes and with different options means that they know the machines inside out but can separate out their jobs so that the 5000 Series two and four spindle machines can specialise in what they’re best at.
What advice would you give to someone looking to buy a new CNC machine?
“Please consider the service aspect when making a purchasing decision.” After care and customer services is really important to Danny Miller as downtime is expensive. He would suggest researching before you buy. Speak to others in the industry to see what they’re using and any issues they’ve had.
