What our clients say

Kevin Rogers

“Prior to purchasing our Multicam Axis 3Rs, we had two similar-sized CNC routers that could not cut accurately over two metres in size and could not deliver high repeatability. We had demonstration sessions with three major CNC router brands and ONLY Multicam was able to deliver the accuracy and repeatability that was essential to us.”

Simply Plastics
George Laith

“We decided to purchase a refurbished MultiCam 3000 Series from CNC World. Even though this was an old machine, it was clear these machines are pretty bulletproof and, with the correct maintenance, can last a long time. The fact that it was a refurb meant the price was in our budget at the time, and the machine very quickly paid for itself once installed!”

Bruce Bell

“The MultiCams are immaculate in how they are made.”

How we work with you

We’re there from the very beginning to help you choose the right machine
and with you to keep it running for years to come.
Step 1

Understanding your needs

After receiving your inquiry, we’ll get in touch to discuss your specific requirements. We often visit your site to gain a deeper understanding of your application and space.

We work with you to define the details of your application, including the type of material you’ll be working with (wood, plastic, metal, etc.), the size and scope of the jobs and whether the machine will be used for single or multiple shifts.

Our machines are highly flexible and we help you decide whether you need an entry-level or more advanced machine based on your current and future needs.

Many clients come to us thinking they need a machine for a specific material or task, but we help them realise additional opportunities. For instance, we may visit a client who says they want to cut plastics, but when we get there, we see aluminium in their shop. So, we can tell them that our machines can handle both materials, helping them unlock even more of the benefits of CNC.

Step 2

Extras

We also explore additional equipment such as dust extraction systems, machine-specific software and any other accessories that might optimise your setup. For customers who are new to CNC, we guide you through the fundamentals and for experienced users, we offer advanced options.

We’ll also help you choose software that integrates smoothly with your workflow, ensuring it perfectly fits the machine and application.

Step 3

Budget, finance and machine selection

Our machines range in price with boh value and premium options, so we work to match your budget with the most suitable machine. We can also discuss finance options to make the purchase more manageable.
Step 4

Your quote

After gathering all the necessary information, we develop a tailored quote. This quote covers the machine, software, accessories, installation and any additional features or services you may need.
Step 5

Hands-on demonstration

Before finalising the purchase, we invite you to our facility for a demo. This is where you can truly see the machine in action - often bringing your own materials and files so we can run a real-time demonstration based on your needs.

We use this opportunity to show you how versatile and powerful the machine is for your specific application. Whether you’re cutting plastics, metals, or wood, the demo helps you visualise how our CNC machines will transform your production process.

We also discuss practical matters such as lead times, as machines can either be in stock or purpose-built (taking 4-12 weeks). This is when we answer key questions about installation, training and logistics.

Step 6

Delivery and installation

Once you confirm purchase, delivery times depend on whether the machine is in stock or needs to be custom-built. If the machine is in stock, we can deliver within a month, for purpose-built machines, delivery takes longer (4-12 weeks).

Before delivery, we’ll conduct a detailed site survey to assess logistics, such as truck access, space clearance, and any obstacles, such as overhead cables, door sizes, and material racking.

On delivery day, our team installs the machine and ensures it’s fully operational and ready for use. The only thing you need to do is book an electrician to have it wired in, we’ll do the rest.

Step 7

Personalised setup and training

Once the machine is installed, we provide personalised setup and training. Our expert trainers offer 2-3 days of initial training on how to operate the machine and use the software for your specific application.

For more advanced users, we offer additional training 2-4 weeks after the initial setup, allowing your team to deepen their skills and optimise machine use.

Unlike competitors who may limit training to keep costs low, CNC World provides comprehensive support for all machines, even entry-level models because we know that operating a CNC machine is more than just pressing a button.

Final Step

After-care and support

CNC World prides itself on ongoing support. Your first year includes a full-service contract, covering unlimited email and phone support and a warranty that protects your machine from any breakdowns.

After the first year, we offer extended service contracts covering both regular maintenance and on-demand repairs. We help you troubleshoot any issues, whether they’re operator error or general wear and tear.

We are always available for support, whether it’s answering operator questions or providing guidance after installation. Even if there’s a machine crash due to operator error, we’ll send engineers out promptly to resolve the issue. And for tooling and parts, our sister company, Cutter Shop, ensures you have everything you need to keep your machine running smoothly.

Our comprehensive approach ensures that your machine continues to deliver value and performance long after the initial sale. Our competitors may cut costs by limiting training or after-care, but CNC World ensures that your machine - and your business - continues running efficiently.
